The course will be held at the Health and Wholeness Store in Shrewsbury

A refresher course is a wonderful way to refresh your understanding of the principles and practice of the
TM program.   We can, over time, forget the reasons for the different experiences we have and a refresher course goes over all of the experiences and the correct mechanics of the technique and any practical considerations.

We will also be showing a tape of Maharishi.
